Creative Acceleration Privacy Notice

The Creative Acceleration Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information when you use Creative Acceleration's products and services, including information provided when you use CAMD. In addition, the following describes our privacy practices that are specific to CAMD.
1. Personal information

1.1 You need a CAMD Account to access CAMD. Creative Acceleration asks for some personal information when you create a CAMD Account, including your contact information and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access.

1.2 CAMD stores, processes and maintains your contact lists and other data related to your account in order to provide the service to you.

1.3 When you use CAMD, Creative Acceleration's servers automatically record certain information about your use of CAMD. Similar to other web services, Creative Acceleration records information such as account activity (including storage usage, number of log-ins), data displayed or clicked on (including UI elements, ads, links); and other log information (including browser type, IP-address, date and time of access, cookie ID, and referrer URL).

2 Uses

2.1 Creative Acceleration maintains and processes your CAMD account and its contents to provide the CAMD service to you and to improve our services. The CAMD service includes relevant advertising and related links based on the IP address, content of messages and other information related to your use of CAMD.

2.2 Creative Acceleration's computers process the information in your messages for various purposes, including formatting and displaying the information to you, delivering advertisements and related links, and other purposes relating to offering you CAMD.

2.3 Creative Acceleration may send you information related to your CAMD account or other Creative Acceleration services.
